In the case of a return of goods, we ask you to requests a return-shipping document from us:

Please do not send any goods without this return shipping document. Returns without this note cannot be processed or only with considerable delay.

If the reason for the return is a vendor error:
If you want to send us the goods, please do no unfree transmissions, because they will be rejected by our receiving department. We will pay back the costs of postage (normal shipping by mail or parcel service). After the return process you will receive a credit note plus postage.

If the reason is not a vendor error:
Please send back the goods with the return documents. It is important that the delivery of the goods is not older than 4 weeks. In this case you will receive a credit note after the return process over the value of the goods less 25% handling-related costs but at least 5,00 EUR for every originally delivery. Shipping costs won't be credited in this case.


Rules regarding our returns: Excerpt from our General Terms and Conditions § 11 Goods - Returns 1. The return of as-new, unfinished goods will be accepted under the conditions stated in paragraphs 3 and 4 if the delivery was not more than four weeks ago. 1.1 As a matter of principle, the following will not be accepted for return - shirts and blouses individually packaged at the factory after unpacking - underwear and socks - finishing films (L-Flex, L-Flock, Stahls) - goods finished by the customer - Brook Taverner - hangers - yarns The listed goods will only be accepted for return if the goods have a hidden defect which was not detectable before finishing.
